We liked their good hot and generous breakfast with pastries and great egg dishes speedily cooked to order and healthy options. The room was charming little and recently refurbished, had climate control and an iron. The hotel's location was marvellous, just off the bars around Brighton and also around the spa area as well as an iconic beach.

Had very good stay on holiday and the weather was very warm. The room was n't cleaned properly by house keeping and available with six foot wide bed. It was in an excellent location near Victoria Gardens. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were brilliantly helpful.
